What is the Long-Term Cruise Parking rate?

The rate is $20.00 per calendar day (NOT per 24-hour period).


Will my vehicle fit in the parking facility?

The maximum height limit is 6 feet, 5 inches. Vehicles that exceed the maximum height limit will be denied entry. Also, duallies and trailers are not allowed.


Is covered parking available?

No, the designated area for Long-Term Cruise Parking is located on the rooftop. Vehicles that are parked on the lower levels for more than 72 hours are subject to towing enforcement.


Can I reserve a Disabled Parking space?

No, a reservation guarantees a regular parking space only. Disabled Parking spaces cannot be reserved and are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.


Can I change the vehicle I'll be driving if I already made a parking reservation?

Yes, please reply to your Cruise Parking Confirmation email with the updated vehicle information. Changes must be made at least three business days before your scheduled entry date.


What should do if I paid for parking but haven't received my confirmation email?

If you cannot locate the parking confirmation email in your inbox, be sure to add abm@sfcruiseparking.com to your email account's safe senders list and check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please email abm@sfcruiseparking.com and provide your full name along with the entry and exit date.


Can I show my Cruise Parking Confirmation on my smartphone?

No, your confirmation must be printed out. Please have the printout readily available to show to the Parking Attendant upon entry, and turn it in upon exit.


What time should I enter the parking facility?

We recommend entering between the hours of 10:00AM and 2:00PM. Be sure to confirm your boarding time with the cruise line. Check traffic conditions and allow ample time to arrive at the parking facility and cruise terminal. We are not responsible if you miss your boarding time.


What time should I exit the parking facility?

We recommend exiting between the hours of 8:00AM and 11:00AM.


Do you allow in and out privileges?

No, we do not allow in and out privileges.


Can I charge my Electric Vehicle?

Subject to availability, you may charge your Electric Vehicle using our Greenlots chargers on Level 3A before or after (but NOT during) your voyage. You must vacate the Electric Vehicle charging space immediately after your charging session is complete.


How far away is the cruise terminal from the parking facility?

The James R. Herman Cruise Terminal at Pier 27 is located three blocks away (10-minute walk).


Does ABM Parking Services offer transportation to/from the cruise terminal?

We do not offer transportation; however, you may request Lyft or Uber using your smartphone or call Yellow Cab at (415) 333-3333.


How can I get all my luggage to the cruise terminal?

The driver of the vehicle is encouraged to drop off all luggage (along with friends/family members to look after it) at the cruise terminal prior to parking their vehicle.


Can I reserve parking if I am boarding the ship for only one day? How much will parking cost?

We do not accept reservations for daily parking. The posted rates at the parking facility will apply.


Can I cancel my parking reservation?

Yes, you may cancel your reservation by contacting us at least three business days before your scheduled entry date. Please call (415) 398-4162 or reply to your Cruise Parking Confirmation email and we will return your call as soon as possible.
